Osteoarthritis FAQs
Will exercise wear my joints out more?
No. The right exercise is usually helpful for joint health and pain. I’ll tailor strength and movement so it feels achievable and safe.
Do I need a scan for osteoarthritis?
Diagnosis is often clinical. In your initial assessment I’ll clinically reason whether imaging is appropriate and whether it would change decisions. If needed, I can arrange private imaging or liaise with your GP and explain the findings.
Can I book if I live in Kingswood?
Yes — my clinic is in Lower Kingswood (Tadworth) and I also offer online physiotherapy.
