SHIPPING POLICY
Before setting up Movement Merch we analysed extensive print company samples from the U.K, Europe, and U.S. We analysed the quality of the garment, quality of the print, customer service, packaging and delivery times. We prioritised garment and print quality and choose a print company in based Miami, Florida.
This does mean that U.K. & E.U. customers may have to wait a little longer for their item, but we figured you would rather that and love your garment than the other way around. We are confident you'll think it is worth the wait.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All garments are printed through a third party print company. This means that once ordered, we are unable to stop the process.
All orders are unique, which means returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size or colour, or simply do not like the item. We would endeavour to exchange your purchase if the incorrect item was sent, or the item was faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 20 days of your purchase if this is the case.
All orders will be placed 'on hold' for 24 hours after you purchase your item. If you decide you do not want your item before the 24 hour period ends, please message us and we can contact the print company to try and stop production.
