Service Description
Follow Up Face To Face Appointment. In these follow up appointments we will touch base and see how you are getting on with the treatment plan we have put in place. We will re-assess your symptoms, complete some treatment and review your rehabilitation program. Most importantly, we will discuss where you are on your journey to achieving your goals, regressing or progressing things accordingly to ensure you get back, doing the things you love most!
