Symptoms

Back pain and sciatica affects everyone differently. Common symptoms include:

  • Pain across the lower or upper back.

  • Sharp pain with certain movements.

  • Stiffness, particularly after sitting or first thing in the morning.

  • Pain travelling into the buttock or leg.

  • Pins and needles, numbness or weakness in the leg.

  • Difficulty standing, walking or changing position.
