My role as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist was put on hold and people were not able to see their doctors due to COVID. I was keen to try and 'do my bit' so I decided to try and help people manage their conditions at home with some practical, educational videos. I am hugely passionate about delivering evidenced based, active care to help people help themselves. The channel is all about trying to provide people with as much accurate information as possible so that people can manage their own conditions and their own pain.
